1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Max H Music LLC ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of the Sponsor, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on [Start Date] at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on [End Date] at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time ("Sweepstakes Period").
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the fully assembled and painted Solo jazz bass featured on my YouTube Channel MaxHBass
No cash substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
5. How to Enter
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes using either of the following methods:
Method 1 – Purchase Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase the instructional video and accompanying worksheet through the Sponsor's website.
Each qualifying purchase receives one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
Method 2 – Free Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your:
Full legal name
Mailing address
Email address
Telephone number
on a sheet of paper and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Each properly submitted mail-in entry receives one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than [End Date] and received by [Receipt Deadline].
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries submitted by the same individual may be disqualified.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will take place after the Sweepstakes Period has ended.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided with the winning entry.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, city, and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due entries.
10. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion and in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action arising from the Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
